When requested to do so, we can supply at any time complete listings of a client's portfolio. Such listings, prepared in any format requested by the client, will be sent free of charge and can be used as a valuable double check against the client’s own records.

Although WWIPPS strives to provide a systematic and uniform service, our system is nevertheless sufficiently flexible to meet the needs of a particular client, which can be ascertained during the initial meetings with the prospective client. We will gladly discuss a client’s specific needs and work out the advantages of entrusting your intellectual property portfolio to our care. As we are cognizant that clients maintain their records in a variety of ways, we have no standard procedure for data transfer. We prefer instead to discuss your specific needs and devise method(s) which would suit the circumstances best.

As examples, we can send our renewal reminders as far in advance of the due dates for payment and at whatever intervals desired, e.g. monthly, quarterly, biannually or even annually; we can accept standing orders for renewal of all cases in your portfolio when they come due; and we can simplify accounting processes by accepting an advance deposit sufficient to cover estimated fees for a specific time period. These are just to name a few.

It is well known that Patent and Trademark Offices usually require holders of intellectual property rights to nominate a local address for service which is normally the agent of record, who pays the applicable maintenance fees. As WWIPPS is able to pay renewal fees directly to the Patent and Trademark Office in numerous countries, we could arrange for an alternative address for service.
